International as well as national cooperation between companies, be they small and medium sized or large, require solid and balanced terms and conditions for such cooperation and it is vital that the arrangements put in place be durable, clear and equitable thereby enhancing business in general. ICC has prepared this Model Agreement for use in cooperation between said companies, in order to provide them with a unique, balanced platform that is fair to all parties to it.

This model contract, one of a successful series produced by ICC’s Commercial Law and Practice Commission under the leadership of Chair Fabio Bortolotti (Italy), has benefited from the active participation of the following members of the Major Project Group, co-chaired by Eric Eggink (Netherlands) and Isabelle Smith Monnerville (France): Ben Beaumont (UK), Mireille Bouzols- Breton (France), Erick Castellanos (Colombia), Jane Davies Evans (UK), Bettina Geisseler (Germany), Francine Gurral (France), Martin Kurtze (Germany), Giovanni Leo (Italy), Haifeng Li (China), Linna Li (China), Jens Machoy (Germany), Terry F Moritz (United States) Galyah Natan- Epstein (Israel), Rana Obeid (UAE), Arnoud Penseel (Netherlands), Claudio Perrella (Italy), Helena Prata (Angola).
