[1977 ICC Rules for Technical Expertise]

The wording of the model clause for technical expertise reads as follows:

The parties to this agreement agree to have recourse, if necessary, to the International Centre for Technical Expertise of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), in accordance with the ICC's Rules for Technical Expertise.

Les parties à la présente convention conviennent d'avoir recours, le cas échéant, au Centre international d'expertise de la Chambre de commerce internationale conformément au Règlement d'expertise technique de celle-ci.
