Article 1

1. The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) has established an International Centre for Technical Expertise, the function of which is to provide, as described below, the services of technical experts to parties requiring such services in the course of an international business transaction.

2. The Secretariat of the International Centre for Technical Expertise is provided by ICC International Headquarters.
