On occasion of the Commission’s centenary, Michael McIlwrath shared his thoughts on the Commission’s role in worldwide dispute resolution in its first hundred years and its future. The Commission’s leadership invited him to give his views on how the Commission could overhaul itself within the parameters of the ICC Constitution. The Commission was honoured to hear Michael McIlwrath’s address during its first virtual meeting on 8 July 2020.
