This article focuses on statistics in ICC arbitrations from 2010 to 2016, as well as empirical data on ICC female Court members since the 1980s. Recent changes within the organisation, statistics for 2016 and ICC’s signature of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge demonstrate ICC’s commitment towards a fairer representation of women.
