The 2018 Proskauer Lecture on International Arbitration, jointly organised by the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Proskauer, Columbia University School of Law’s Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration Law, and the United States Council for International Business (USCIB), featured a (disruptive) lecture compelling practitioners and institutions to properly grasp and solve the current gaps in international arbitration.
