The Supplementary Materials to the ICC Report on Financial Institutions and International Arbitration are now published at iccwbo.org/financial-institutions-supplementary-materials and included in the ICC Digital Library.While the ICC Report summarises the views and practices of more than 50 financial institutions worldwide as well as the recommendations of the ICC Task Force on Financial Institutions and International Arbitration, the Supplementary Materials further share the in-depth studies of the Task Force workstreams on the different segments of the finance and banking sector. Numerous launch events for the ICC Report, some of which are reported below, have also provided for constructive discussions and showed participants’ keen interest in the Report’s findings and arbitration toolkit.
