Contract for the delivery of gasoil / Claimant (Greek agent of an Antiguan Corporation having an office in Switzerland) as seller, alleges that purchaser (Greek Company) wrongfully repudiated the contract / Contractual clause referring to 'Arbitration if any in London according to the ICC Rules'/ Applicable law to the merits / Determination by the Arbitral Tribunal of the conflict of law rule / Closest connection rule according to English law and Greek law / Rome Convention of June 1980 (Arts. 3 and 4) embodies modern law applicable to contractual obligations / According to Art. 4 (5) of the Convention, presumptions laid down in the Convention are disregarded when contract is more closely connected with another country (i.e. Greece)
