What Role for Dispute Resolution in Supporting the Paris Agreement on Climate Change?

ICC, with the support of its Commission on Environment and Energy, co-hosted an official side event on Dispute Resolution under the Paris Agreement in the margins of the recent COP23 Climate Change Negotiations in Bonn, Germany.
