Dear JSMITH . Thanks for yr early reply! Due to company ‘s stamp overlap signature and under stamp is name of master, I am not sure the signature is of master or of shipping company. CHARTER PARTY BL
Dear Sir/Madam
L/C require Charter Party B/L issued by Master.
.
The presented B/L shows a signature of the master (with name of master) and stamped by shipping company beside signature of master (but not show any capacity of this shipping company).
.
Is this a discrepancy?
Regards

Instalment shipments
Dear Mr Duc,
"If the first shipment is short or not made within the given period, then the L/C would cease to be available for further drawings."
So, is it similar if the 1st shipment's over shipment?
Thanks for yr help
Best regards,
Unhu

dear Sir, From ICC Opinion R659, I understand that A doc issued in the format which there is no field for a place and/or date of issue is not disc if it does not contain a date of issuance. AS AGENT TO THE CARRIER
Dear,
Tks for all yr reply. Because almost everyone assume it is not disc, I think issuing bank read them and was obligated to pay us. But, we reduced the 50pct inv amount.
We hope someone raise this case to ICC for offical opinion so that other banks will not be the same as us.
Best regards,
AK
