Dear Judith,
Thank you for your kind reply to my question. From your comment I comprehend that if a C/P B/L signed by a master or its agent on behalf of the master then in any case master name may not be stated on a C/P B/L unless credit stipulates otherwise.

Mr.Laurance, Your reply made me confuse again. You are saying that ISBP seeks to answer this by applying it to all. Ýf you purpose by this only the documents which are to issued by the beneficiary (not transport and insurance docs.) I agree with you, otherwise you are in conflict with other comments...
