Our customer rejected an airway bill under an L/C due to the fact that it bears 7May as issuance date and shows 10May as actual date of despatch,while presentation has been made on 9May.
Can presentation be considered discrepant in this case?

By inserting"Documents to be presented within L/C validity " in field 48 of MT700,does the issuing bank allow presentation after 21 days stated in 14C of UCP 600 ?

Can documents received from a nonnominated bank be considered discrepant for that reason?
Will place and date of expiry remain in this case in the country of the nominated bank or both be automatically shiftedto be at the counters of the issuing bank ?
