Who is responsible for export clearance after delivery in a sale with FCA Incoterm?
According to A2 of the Incoterms rules, the seller is in charge of export formalities and related costs, even if they have to be fulfilled after delivery has taken place, usually at an inland point prior to the passage of a boarder.
