If B/L clause mention wording like 'CARGO IN TRANSIT TO ..... (any named place which is not the final destination as per LC) ON MERCHANT/CONSIGEE A/C OR RISK'' - will this be taken as a discrepancy if L/C doesn't mention any such condition
