Consignee in Certificate of Origin
Dear Jeremy and Duc,
thanks for your comments, but the essential information is, that NO transport document is required. Therefore we also assume that L5 of ISBP745 is not applicable.
Thanks again for your comments.

acceptable to applicant
Thanks for your comments.
Andy, I have one more question on your comment. Does this mean, for the first option (Retention Bond to bear a statement thereon that it has been issued in a form that is acceptable to the applicant) no countersignature of the applicant is needed?
Thanks again for your reply.

Dear all, we received following discrepancy concerning FCR: -FCR not showing a date of issue or date of receipt of goods. As the L/C shows no further requirements concerning dates of issue of documents and FCR is to be checked as per article 14 (f), we argue, that the function of a FCR is fullfilled...

weight on AWB
Dear All, following discrepancy was stated by confirming bank: AWB shows 9,4 kg, other documents show 9,460 kg. On AWB it is only possible to show the weight with one position after decimal point. Should therefore this discrepancy be rejected? In my opinion it is discrepant, because it is not rounde...
