Signature of Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Comm
We have been informed by several customers that chamber of commerce offers the possibilty to fill in and print out certificate of origins on their own. As a result signature of chamber of commerce appears as scanned/printed. Would you accept such a printed form of signature as an original?

Full set of Bill of Lading was presented without showing an issuing date, but showing an on-board notation. B/L did not bear any preprinted wording as 'shipped on board' or 'received by...'.
Is such a B/L acceptable under consideration of UCP600 resp. Art.13 ISBP?
