my question is how to make 2 or more presentations when all presentations must be accompanied with the same original telex (without asking issuing bank to return this telex-and be dependent of this fact).is it sufficient
and dc conform to send original telex only with first presentation?

If in DC is not stipulated that the documents may be presented in russian, then such documents (in russian)are discrepant.If the beneficiary present DC conform documents in serbian, and if that is not strictly allowed under DC...

I consider that discrepant document is presented because the document is not entitled as required.
What do you think about case when instead of "factory certificate"(as required) "factory attest" is presented?

In fact that is the same. Mine opinion is that By L/C /UCP 500/ is better to
use >approval basis<.Term >collection
basis< is more related on other instrument-collection-/URR 522/
