N.H.Duc, thanks for your reply and sorry Jeremy if I was not clear enough; we were indeed second advising bank only(not bank of second beneficiary).

CMR – date of shipment

Hello Tanja and others,
My personal opinion is that issuance date of CMR is to be considered as shipment date.
(Pls compare this issue with point 151 ISBP publication (AWB).
But let's wait until ICC decide.
