Learnt various ICC Opinions had been approved in September at the meeting of the ICC Banking Commission. Anyone know when would it be published?

Thank you friends. I thought it was discussed and passed in the last ICC Banking Commission Meeting.

The Paper would certainly help to solve many dispute and uncertainty in daily processing.
