'ANNEX 111 FORM'
I started this one so I had better finish it. In this particular case only an AnnexIII will do. If they produce anything else the customs could impose extra duties on the shipment. Document checkers are not required to be familiar with EU Law, but if the applicant asks for a particular form, my view...

'ANNEX 111 FORM'
Hi ever one. I have finally got to the bottom of this one. An annex is actually the last page (out of 28) of an EU regulation (EC No 1531/2002) and relates to imposing anti dumping duty on CRT Television Tubes imported into the EU. The issue as I see it is that the CRT are imported into Turkey , ass...

'ANNEX 111 FORM'
Any one out there come across an 'annex 111' form. Its to do with anti dumping regulations and involves the origin of CRT tubes from the far east.

commission and charges
Should the SWIFT MT734 be a 'notice of discrepancies found' rather than 'Notice of refusal'? Do we need a separate message in SWIFT. In virtually every case where I have sent a MT734 the documents have been paid? Regarding discrepancy fees, my view is if the beneficiary (and presenting bank in some ...

MULTI MODAL/ OCEAN B/L
So the bottom line is, if you are not going to complete the s.o.b. notation as per UCP, don't put anything in the 'Place of Receipt'
Box, Clause or no clause.
Thanks for your help

MULTI MODAL/ OCEAN B/L
I Agree with that, but why have the Shipping company put a clause in the 'place of receipt' box that states ''Applicable only when used for MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION"?
Am I missing something?

MULTI MODAL/ OCEAN B/L
Thanks Kim, 1)Ocean B/L is req'd by L/C 2)Shipment is from UK Port to 'Middle East Port' 3) B/L states Place of Receipt Coventry Port of Loading Felixstowe. 4) 'On board' notation is just dated. My question is by putting something in the 'place of receipt' box does that make the B/L multi modal, not...
