amended documents
Thanks.I would like to emphasize that my question relates o n l y to replacing of discrepant docs and not to a fresh presentation. Of course ,we are talking about presention within the 21 days. The main issue here is presentation of corrected documents and not a new presentation. Will you consider i...

I need your opinion as to the replacement of discrepant documents within the 21 days period( after notifying issuing bank of refusal of docs as art. 16c ). Will you consider the amended docs to change the status of docs to 'compliant'?

100% Advance Payment outside of the credit terms.
I believe this is what was called "red clause" in the past. It means ,the amount of LC may be drawn in advance ,under reserve , until presentation of docs.

L/C requires 'port to port' B/L. We have been presented with B/L showing in box 'pre carriage' name of first vessel and also shows place of receipt as required by L/C (port of loading). B/L bears 'on board notation' with port of loading (as per l/c) and name of first vessel. ISBP E)6)C)ii) indicates...

I would like to know what is your opinion regarding an airwaybill presented under a LC ,showing in box "nature of goods " only p.o. number , price terms and quantity without indicating any goods description. is it a discrepant doc?

Need yr urgent help - Company's name with or without Ltd.
I strongly believe this is a discrepancy. Entity's name is important and crucial. Without a word , it might be a different firm.

invoice containing 'free of charge' goods
Dear all. To my opinion art. 64 of ISBP is irrelevant to thIS case. However, FOC goods (which were not allowed under the credit) may be regarded as discrepant because they are not in accordance with LC terms (which indicate the amount to be paid for goods supplied).Additional goods may cause expense...
