UCP Article 14(d) - Quantity in Invoice & BL

LC quantity is 10000 yards (+/-10%).Invoice & PL quantity is 10,500 Yards. BL quantity 10,000 yards (repeats the LC goods description) and also evidences Gross Weight which is consistent with PL.
Is the Issuing Bank correct in picking up the discrepancy BL evidences quantity as 10000 yards while Invoice & PL evidences quantity as 10500 Yards?

I would regard this as data conflict and therefore a discrepancy.
