If we effect payment as you said, I think exporter will benefit from early presentation which they will be paid early instead of present on time.

Dear sir,
As said in my previous post, "After 10 days from B/L, negotiating bank sent msg to state that the a/m docs presented as L/C required at this time and request us effect payment." and as a fair bank, I agree with opinions we must effect payment at that time.
In other case, if we have not received any message from negotiating bank, The a/m docs considered as comply with and we must effect payment at the time which presentation should do? Pls let me know your opinion?
