Beneficiary's name

L/C States beneficiary's name as "B AND B TRADING" whereas the beneficiary submit their documents showing their name as "B & B TRADING". That means the word "AND" is replaced by the symbol "amperand".

Is it a discrepancy ?

No, it's not a discrepancy. The symbol '&' is a non swift character anyway.
