Beneficiary's name

The beneficiary’s name appearing on all documents presented to us is:
“Company AB” while the L/C stipulate the beneficiary’s name as “Company”.

It seems that this matter has, not long ago, been subject to an ICC opinion.
It was made clear in the opinion that COMPANY and COMPANY LTD. should be considered as two different legal entities and therefore documents were discrepant if the name was not in line with the stipulations in the credit.

Somebody who can help me to find this Opinion?
