Dear Sir/Madam
L/C require Charter Party B/L issued by Master.
.
The presented B/L shows a signature of the master (with name of master) and stamped by shipping company beside signature of master (but not show any capacity of this shipping company).
.
Is this a discrepancy?

If the signature is stated to be that of the master I cannot see any reason for the BL to be considered non-compliant.

Thanks for yr early reply!
Due to company ‘s stamp overlap signature and under stamp is name of master, I am not sure the signature is of master or of shipping company. So, I think this B/L can constitute a disc as “not identify who sgned B/L ” or “B/L not issued by Master”.
I’m waiting yr opion and everyone about this.

In those cases and similar cases(rather frequent) I use TA 684 for want of anything better.
