Does this specific clause impacts the LC itself considering Art # 4 of UCP 600?

Dear all,

As the L/C requires PACKING LIST AS PER PURCHASE ORDER NO 2011/2017, a packing list having the title “PACKING LIST AS PER PURCHASE ORDER NO 2011/2017” or stating the same somewhere in its content will satisfy the requirement.

This should be treated as a specific document required under field 46A and not a NDC.

@Sohail: Sorry for not being sure of what you mean, but banks are not concerned with or bound by the purchase order.

UCP600's subart.14d and 4a apply.
As long as the document make reference to the proforma indicated in the credit and comply to all other terms of the credit and can be correlated with any/all other docs presented, the packing list is ok.
My best wishes,
Bogdan
