As part of merchandise description LC requires under specifications "volatile matter...". The commercial invoice shows exactly that. The LC also requires "certificate of quality issued by an independent surveyor". The certificate of quality shows "volatile...", leaving out the word "matter". The analysis result is exactly as shown on the LC and invoice. Would the quality cert be discrepant. I'm thinking no as per Article 14 d.
