Name of a bank

Short:
+ Issuing bank’s name is “The Bank of xxx”
+ All documents must state issuing bank’s name
+ All documents state: “Bank of xxx”, i.e. the word THE is missing in the bank’s name

Do you assume it as a discrepancy, i.e. that issuing bank’s name stated in documents is incomplete?

Why was this question asked? Was there a bank rejecting a presentation for this reason?
