Certified copy of fax

LC requires bene's certified copy of fax advising applicant details of shipment together with the transmission report to be furnished.

1.Should both the fax copy & the transmission report(appeared to be original) be certified or ...

2.Is certification still necessary when the bene submits the original fax/letter(signed) to us?

I would accept the original signed fax as complying with the copy requirement, but the transmission report (unsigned)is still required.

The LC asks for two things, the beneficiary's certified fax copy and the transmission report. Please do as the LC asks.
