Should DOCDEX include ISP 98 and eUCP?

Should DOCDEX include ISP 98 and eUCP?

We note that ISP 98 and eUCP are not included in sub Article 1.1 of DOCDEX Rules, ICC Publication No. 811.

What do you think? Should they be included or not?
