The DC calls for loading/dispatch at/from "come by chance (Canada).
What would be acceptable per UCP? The beneficiary has presented a charter party (acceptable under the DC) showing port of discharge "come by chance (Canada)".

Kim,
Thank you. However, upon further investigation there is a port in Canada so named.
Again, thank you for your assistance.

Port of Discharge on B/L
Bruce,
am I correct in thinking that you meant a charter party B/L in your first posting, instead of a charter party ?
Assuming this, if the DC calls for loading at this port, but the c/p b/l shows discharge at this port, it is obviously discrepant.

I'm certainly confused. (Nothing new there then.)

What is the DC requirement for port of discharge?
