Beneficiary with C/O party

Hi

We received LC f/o AAA Corp c/o BBB Corp.

Can BBB Corp issue any docs on behalf of AAA Corp ?

I think you should ask the issuer to change the "C/O" to Mailing address. By doing so you will know the beneficiary is AAA only. Any presentation should be made by AAA only.
