It is unclear (at least to me) what your question is, so perhaps you could clarify it. In a DC scenario, presentation must be secured by the beneficiary. When you said presenting bank, presumably you meant negotiating bank, but I fail to see the significance of a telexed DC or partial shipments.

my question is how to make 2 or more presentations when all presentations must be accompanied with the same original telex (without asking issuing bank to return this telex-and be dependent of this fact).is it sufficient
and dc conform to send original telex only with first presentation?

From lateral thinking point of view, one simple, "stupid" but workable way is to ask for more telex advices for DC and subsequent amendments, if any, to create enough originals that you may need, if a request to delete this term via an amendment cannot be entertained, due to the Applicant refusing to pay for amendment fees or it is difficult to get amendments in certain countries.

To make you eat well and sleep well, all originals must be received before the first presentation.

As a consultant, sometimes we were stuck due to parties being stubborn. In that case creative solutions should be made to help parties resolve their problems.

Telexed DCs are not generally regarded as originals and therefore a simple photocopy may suffice for presentations subsequent to the first presentations. However, I would obtain confirmation of this from all banks concerned before acting on this.

Other alternatives include :
(a)directing the issuing bank to courier the original DC + original amendments to the beneficiary immediately after examination by them of the first presentation;
(b) submitting 2nd or subsequent presentations directly to the issuing bank, having asked them in advance to retain the original DC & original amendments.
