Your "kiss instruction/condition" is not clear and precise and maybe non-documentary too.
Please clarify which part of the body your are referring to.
Readers may use their imagination for the full specifications of this kiss. If the image that you have got is not so desirable or bad (taking Michael Jackson's interpretations), please don't blame us because it is due to the dirty "interpretation software" in your brain installed as a default when you were born.
If the image is romantic, poetic and beautiful, you have to thank your parents.
Just to add fun in the DC Pro and don't go serious for this posting. Give it a laugh adnd that is all our intent.

We have to use this to de-pressurize ourselves when engaged in two expert's reports and our customers are chasing us for early delivery.

Usually the function of an agent is less important than the principal, however in terms of delivery of my prize, the delivery agent may be more important than the principal. When you said that the prize was a kiss from T. O., naturally I assumed that you referred to Toronto, Ontario. This would be very acceptable, dependent on the (sex of the) delivery agent. Failing acceptability of the delivery agent, and as delivery is based on DDP Paris, it may be appropriate to deliver in the French fashion (faire la bise), which is not dissimilar to Francophone Canada.
Finally, I do encounter similar issues regarding time management. It usually boils down to prioritising the most important fee-payers and possibly deferring or eliminating non-fee paying activities such as contributions to DC-PRO or research on current changes affecting international trade.

With Yahoo charging fees for entry, now should be the right time to change this kind of old practice to have everything free in the Internet. There is no free lunch in this world!
