Now Jeremy, think positive. Maybe it won't be so bad. I think a lot depends on how we approach the new rules. I am hopeful that if we continue to use common sense that these rules can be used effectively. And if that fails, we can all go around singing "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life".

The king is dead. Long live the King!- we may say with a rictus on our face.
So,
Imagine no disputes
It isn't hard to do.
Thinking to "Everybody loves Raymond" you may say now "Everybody loves UCP600".
I'd say to wait an year and see after.

I have been for years active in the Municipality of the small village where I am living. We have never faced such wonderfull results when voting. Seems quite a result of a votation in a "exotic" country or where the vote is compulsory and there is just one candidate.
Anyhow, let's be democratic and accept what the majority has decided.
I am however sure that the new rules will have a very positive impact at least of the participation of the Discussion Forum............

Come on, lets think positivly. Of course all the problems won't disappear like with the wave of a magic wand, but at least some of them might be better.

Whenever you are dealing with a set of rules that are set up on a consensus basis, no one can be completely and perfectly satisfied.

But there are good points, and I'm sure that if you're open minded you can find them.

So let's get cracking with the training that we'll all have to do, and get on with business.

Besides it will be interesting for all of us on the forum, as Roland says

Good news or bad news; well I guess that remain to be seen. In any case I see little point in using energy in what can not be changed; like the fact that the UCP 600 has been approved. If the same energy is spend in a positive way in making the UCP 600 work, my view would be that that would increase the likeliness that the event that took place last Wednesday was in fact good news; for the LC instrument and those “doomed” to work with it.

Best regards
Kim
