We have received an original B/L issued on original stationary that also has an embossing across the face of the documents reading “photocopy’’. Is this acceptable as an original?

Original or Copy
Dear Daniel,
Thank you for the response. I had this document (470/871) in mind when I posted my query. I have no doubt that a document marked/labeled as photocopy is only a copy. However we have been presented as set of original BLs water marked “photocopy” purportedly for security reason at least that is the explanation provided by the issuer. I wonder if any other member on the forum has received such a presentation.
Regards, khalid

Original or Copy
Dear Daniel,
I have just received a plausible clarification which I would like to share with the forum. The word “photocopy” is secretly printed in the grain of the paper so that when exposed to a scanner or a photocopy machine the word is exposed on the copy only to prevent someone creating photocopies of the originals and using them fraudulently. Actually we have a centralized processing unit and the document was scanned to us from one of our branch holding the original, hence the confusion.
