number of original B/L presented

Pls comment of our following case:
- L/C require 1/3 set of original B/L presented.
- Docs presented with 2/3 set of original B/L
Is it discrepant docs? PLs refer to relating ICC opinions

If the DC also requires a certificate stating that 2/3 B/L have been sent directly to somebody, you have a problem. Otherwise I would just return the extra original to the presenter
