Looks like everyone has covered any comments that I would make - I just wish to add my affirmation that a discrepancy exists.

I would consider this third set of documents discrepant.

In DC Insight Volume 6 No. 1 Winter 2000, under Queries approved in Hong Kong, you may find the article entitled “Sub-Articles 40(a) and 37(c) - Whether the shipment was, in fact, a partial shipment; whether a beneficiary is bound to make further shipments if the credit allows for partial shipments” of relevance.

It would be interesting to tell us how did this case evolve?

We actually considered the documents for the second shipment discrepant and we contacted the applicant who accepted the discrepancy.
