How the swift is worded is not the problem here. The problem is when you are entitled or not do deduct discrepancies fees.
For your second advising this would be perfect. It does however not work that way, and in fact practice shows same. ISBP has been constructed in order to try to avoid at least insignificant discrepancies. There are however always discussions about discrepancies which exist and "invented" one. As far as I have been informed the next UCP 600 will reflect an additional article about the invoice, i.e. how same should be issued. This is the result of what said before about discrepancies.
