Inconsistency between FCA term and place of delivery

Hi all,
I'd kindly ask J.Ericsson to tell us the end of the story: did he or did not consider the docs discrepant and what was the reply received from issuing bank (if any).Just curious !
Anyhow, even if I finally agree with Kim and Jim (99%) I still raise my question :
if a checker doesn't take into consideration INCOTERMS but only UCP500,ISBP and l/c terms and conditions,can he or not reject docs ? Is such rejection valid ?
Should be only one truth.
