Dear Gerhard,
as per UCP600-art.8b, confirming bank is irrevocably bound to honour or negotiate as of the time it adds its confirmation. So, the day a bank confirms is the 1st day of calculation. You do not start calculating from the time you advised bnf or the time bnf acknowledged receipt of your confirmation advising, but from the time you did confirm.
Dear Roland,
unless UCP600-art.37c applies, commissions should be colected as per l/c terms: confirm.comm from applicant and acc.comm/chgs from bnf.
Regards,
Bogdan
