I have an issue that need your help. In case that we (nominated bank) want to suit the issuing bank as they act not as per international standards (such as IB accepted to pay on maturity date but on due date, they refuse to effect payment, or they refuse to pay due to an invalid discrepency), what we need to do? Can you provdie me any reference/guide

You need to consult lawyers in the country in which you intend to sue the issuing bank as legal procedures etc -and the length they take- usually vary from jurisidction to jurisidiction.
