Hi,
LC is for a consignment of Cement. Invoices provide exact Goods description as per the LC indicating the number of bags, weight, Grade etc. of the cement. However BL indicates, in addition to general description, "1% empty bags free of cost".
can this be considered as a discrepancy?
appreciate your expert opinions please.
