Bill of Lading issued by NVOCC

Hi all,
We came to know that large percentage of false bills of lding are issued by NVOCC (Non-Vessel Owning Common Carriers).
By looking at the bill of lading, is there any way we can determine whether the b/l has been issued by NVOCC?
