Insurance sertificate/ claims agent

If and LC requires insurance cert. to indicate claims settling agent in Kenya. The insurance cert, states claims settling agent on the certificate, but this agent has their address in Finland . Is this OK ?

No, it is not, because 'claims settling agent in Kenya" means that the agent should be located in Kenya. So, the document is discrepant.
