"RORO-Clause" on Bill of Lading

The clause "RORO whether shipped on or under deck are carried at merchants risk and expense and the carrier shall not be liable for any loss, damage and/or missing accessories arising or resulting from any cause whatsoever during loading, sea-transportation, discharging as well as pre-shipment operations" appeared on a b/l for shipment from antwerp to tripoli/libya.
Under an export b/l, would this be acceptable or show any reasons for rejection of the b/l? Are there any relevant articles in UCP or ISBP?
