UCP600 Article 23

Article 23a (iii) now completely differs from UCP500 Article 27a (iii). A specific notation of the actual date of shipment on the air transport documents now to be deemed as the date of shipment whereas in UCP500, banks would deem the issuance date of the air transport documents as the date of shipment unless LC calls for an actual date of dispatch.
I deem this part is very clear in the new Article. But I could not understand the 2nd paragraph of this new Article - "Any other information appearing on the air transport document relative to the flight number and date will not be considered in determining the date of shipment". This so called "any other information" is now not limited to the box "For Carrier Use Only" or similar expression (as now not mentioned in the 600). My question is how to identify the difference between "a specific notation of the actual date of shipment" and "any other information appearing on the air transport document relative to the flight number and date" if this "information" not limited to a specific area like 500?
