-LC STATES AS BENEFICIARY: ABC COMPANY
-LICENSE SHOWS AS EXPORTER ABC COMPANY
-CONTRACT SHOWS AS BEN ABC COMPANY AND IS SIGNED BY ABC COMPANY

-UNDER REQUIRED DOCS:
copy of the original commercial invoice signed by beneficiary for a value not exceeding the amount of this credit,
stating merchandise description, quantity, unit price, value, net and gross weight and export license.
-AND
Front and back copy of the original on-board charter party bill of lading duly signed, marked freight payable as
per charter party, showing exporter as shipper, consigned to the order of the shipper, notify XXX COMPANY and blank endorsed.
-1 copy of the sales contract and license.

WE RECEIVED ALL THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDING THE COMMERCIAL INVOICE SIGNED BY ABC COMPANY LLC (notice the ''LLC'')
THE BILL OF LADING IS SHOWING AS SHIPPER ABC COMPANY, IS CONSIGNED TO THE ORDER OF THE SHIPPER AND
IS ENDORSED AT THE BACK OF THE B/L BY ABC COMPANY LLC.

THE DISCREPANCIES THAT WE HAVE RAISED ARE:
+ALL DOCS ARE SIGNED BY ABC COMPANY LLC INSTEAD OF ABC COMPANY
+BILL OF LADING NOT ENDORSED BY THE SHIPPER
