Dear All,
As J. Smith put it: ABSURD
Nevertheless, we receive documentary credits excluding, in different ways, art. 35, 2nd par.
I would be interested to know how you react these days.

Refuse to perform a nominated bank role and notify benef. & issuing bank of this at time of advising.
